BigPimpin91
Got a Kenwood KDC-794. Several videos explaining what happened, but here's a text list. Have Front and Sub RCA's hooked up. Swapped both sets and tried different pre-outs on back no change. With just highs amp, noise is only white noise, undetectable after volume six. As soon as sub amps are turned on, it sounds like someone applied BitCrusher to my whole fucking car. Car on sounds three times worse. I did accidentally drop the radio on the ground, but it landed bottom/face side first and the bracket took the grunt of the fall. If I turn all three amps off, the H/U power on my tweeters sounds fine. When they're on, they squeal like crazy also. Babyjuice
From the chevys Ive worked on, they tend to get feedback through the speakers sometimes that's why I asked. Just thought if it was a chevy then that might possibly be a reason. Quote BABYJUICE
MuRKRoW
I was going to suggest a bad ground going to the head unit or feedback through the RCA's... maybe from them being by power wires or running down the middle of the car. I think it's just your head unit. All I can suggest is to try a different head unit and see if it has the same problems. Good luck!
