How are you liking that RE amp? I've got the 800.4 v3 for my mids/high's, and my light comes on also on that one at times, even with the gain's at 1/4. Don't have a DD-1 to set mine yet, but was looking at the 2000.1 v3 to replace my Hifonics brz1200.1.

EDIT yes you can bridge that amp,

  • XT2000DE V3 1,200 watt RMS (2000w peak) mono car amplifier
  • Class "D" fully digital power supply
  • 2000 watts peak output
  • 1,200w x 1 RMS @ 1 ohms
  • 750w x 1 RMS @ 2 ohms
  • 500w x 1 RMS @ 4 ohms
  • Bridgeable
  • Efficiency: 86 % @ 4 Ohms or 84 % @ 2 Ohms or 76 % @ 1 ohm
  • Fully adjustable butterworth low pass crossover filter
  • Low Pass Crossover Filter - Adjustable 40 - 250 HZ @ 24 dB per octave
  • Adjustable Bass Equalizer: 24 dB Bass Boost @ 45 HZ
  • Subsonic Filter: 15-40 HZ @ 24 dB per octave

its a mono amp.. its not bridgeable lol. If it was a 2 channel then it would be. The way you have it hooked up now is good man.

I have the brz1200.1 and I'm pretty sure it's not bridgeable. There's nothing in the paperwork that says its bridgeable. Pretty sure the 2 channels on that amp is 1 channel made for easier hook up with 2 subs

It's not bridgeable. Just easier to wire multiple subs.
