BassJunkie
Nice write-up! I've done this ever since I got a second batt, and have continued to do so even after my 270xp. If they're wired together you should be fine just connecting a charger to either of the batts. I sometimes switch it up from front batt to rear batt just because of the slight voltage drop from the front battery to the rear, I'm weird tho lol. 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free. Noobtastic14
^^^^ Yup! Just like the four batteries (front and rear) work as one big battery for your system they will also charge like one big battery as well. But, you will be charging the batteries closest to the charger more than the one farthest away. How much you ask? not much. So little in fact that if you are doing regular battery top offs it doesn't matter much at all. If you need all your batteries to be as good as they can get set your charger in the front and in the back for max charging. -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Lbox88
Well.... tried out another schumacher. Got the $28 1.5A auto charger from O'reilly auto parts. Started out fine at 14.4v, then after about 5 minutes, started climbing until i unplugged it at 16V. I don't get it. Threw my diehard gold charger on and it charged at 14.7 til it was full and then dropped off to 13.5. Evidently the small Schumacher chargers do not like my car. gonna stop trying and just order a CTEK 3300 or 7002. UBL | Build Log
