Im sure its still good since it is an XS Power batt but I wouldnt want a brand new battery that is sitting at that voltage. Call them up and Im sure they will take care of you.

Just give us a call. Could be a casualty of shipping, could have had something happen to it production, or it could have just not got its initial top off charge. Thats why we give a 60 day money back guarantee and an extended warranty on top of that.

If it doesn't charge up I would be interested in checking it out myself.

Charged that battery overnight w/ my intellicharger and took off charger. After a half hour off the charger it went from 13.28v down to 12.54v and seems to be slowly dropping .1v every few minutes. What do you think? Is this batt good or should I not even install today as planned??
