n8ball2013
how big are you trying to go? and from what size. You can always hole saw if you have one that big. if its a sub cutout you could try jasper jigging a plug out to fill the cutout and then going to the bigger hole that way. PUNKYOU007
Jigsaw skills ... So...if I was an existing hole in some wood...what would be the best way to make me bigger and keep me looking nice and round? There is not enough jigsaw skills in the world. or a router ....yeah........and what bit? how big are you trying to go? and from what size. You can always hole saw if you have one that big. if its a sub cutout you could try jasper jigging a plug out to fill the cutout and then going to the bigger hole that way. Cutout is for a 10" speakers but now I need it flushed but the hole is already there. Your saying just plug the hole, find the center and use jasper like I am cutting a new hole? That might just work....damn I gotta like 10 holes to re do....FUCK Doethepaperboy "Bars of Pain" Doethepaperboy "Hero Remix" C. Arson d(-__-)b beer sucks...but i can bring some jose cuervo. pa-pa-platypus
so your trying to flush mount speakers on a double baffle im guessing? basically do it like you normally but take a board and run it underneath screw it in just enough to hold the board in place to run the router around..might work (and far enough away so the router doesnt hit it lol) This isn't teeball. bumonskateboard6
I messed up a flush mount once, plugged the hole with the circle I cut out, tacked it in with some brad nails, and ran the japser around, worked fine and looked clean. Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?
