Skullz
Welding cable adheres to a standard that audio wire does not and can vary wildly from company to company and then couple the OFC vs CCF and sizes can really drastically change. Welding wire is always OFC so that is one thing you might want to consider when choosing wire. http://www.ebay.com/itm/25-1-0-WELDING-CABLE-EXCELENE-RED-MADE-IN-USA-/180714522456?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a136cc758 http://www.ebay.com/itm/25-EXCELENE-1-0-WELDING-AND-BATTERY-CABLE-BLACK-USA-/350544131160?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item519e0ef458 Edited April 11, 2012 by Skullz Quote 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
Noob_On_Droid
Just Google your local welding supply store or air and gas supply place. Its not perfect and you usually have to go up a size compared to audio cable but its not bad stuff.

uhoh_45
only problem with welding wire is it dont like the heat and tends to melt/expose over time in engine compartment if near HOT things so you want to make sure you use a heat resistant sheath Quote R.I.P! Robert8252
I'm using 2/0 welding cable front to back for my power and ground but plan on switching to a good normal cable. Welding cable works but is very stiff and is still around the $3 a foot mark of a good 1/0 cable.
