I asked him to hold a head unit he was selling for a few days until I had the funds and he did without a problem!!!! The head unit came packaged great. It looked like the box had never been opened! The HU looks and functions beautifully. Amazing price and an awesome deal! He is a great guy! I wont get into the details of out transaction but let may say that they both went above and beyond what the 'average" seller does. My 1st package arrived today and it was shipped very well! All teh items inside were as described, from the original boxes, to the condition, to the number of misc other goodies added. Doing bussiness with someone like this just raises the bar of my expectations. Thank you both very much. I cant wait till the 2nd package arrives an I look forward to wrapping up my end of the deal! Unfortunately, UPS didn't handle it so carefully and dropped it on it's corner somewhere along the way, damaging the case significantly. It might still be useable, but rather that worry about it's usability or argue about the degree of damage, Kyle instantly refunded my money. 100% stand-up guy!! Would definitely work with him again! Thanks, Found out last night that ALL was just taken care of. I couldnt be happier. I was actually impressed with UPS as well,......... that kinda hurt to say.. lol....
