Recommended Posts

WOW what a nice box love the curve corners inside the box,is the top just a router bit or was a orbit sander used

Does home Depote cut your MDF Steve I know its very silly to say but can't saw I've ever seen you use a table saw,I know I will get a laugh and thats okey

yes a welder, metal chop saw,air tools, jigsaw etc but have never seen you use one

keep up the good work

he uses a router to round his corners. and he uses a little dewalt battery powered circular saw for cutting.

Question Steve: Other than the top of the box (traced along the port path), do you use screws at all? Doesn't look like it

Just brads and glue? Can't remember if you talked about this in another post

very few screws...mostly glue and nails. Thats all you need really.
