I sink a 1/2" roundover bit about a 1/16 of an inch on my ports, it helps to create a ledge to cut the carpet aound the port.Not at all saying you cut crooked, cause they look damn straight to me, but this trick helps the process...didnt know if you have ever tried it. But i do it everytime, makes that part just fly..also digging how you do 4 part sides, to keep the seams off of a corner, I might steal that 1... I do 2 par sides and split it in the middle of the panel, then just use hella glue on all corners, they never come off.But needless to say im still gonna try that 1.
