Yeah, I got it by what you guys said I appreciate it. The diagram above is to LED's but I need to use the H/U's remote wire, so I need to bring that wire to the 12vout, and another wire going from the amp to the 12v out right? So two wires into the 12 volt out? If i just hook the amp's remote up to the 12volt out it's obviously not going to get signal haha so I'm curious as to how I go about this.

if you wanted to avoid having the light work at all you can simply split the remote wire and connect one side to the center pin and one side to the B+ pin. Id do it the other way but this will work too.

Why wouldn't I want a bright shiny light? :D

In the diagram, just replace "LED" with amp lol. That simple ;)

Remote wire from h/u going into the B+ side. Remote wire coming off of the middle one on your switch going to the remote on the amp. Third terminal goes to ground.

No the headunit remote wire should go to B+ then the center pin or L should go to the amps remote turn on terminal. The ground is just the ground.
