i'm trying to find out if they're using neo motors for their subs...a 20lb woofer that can handle 1kw? lol. I trust alpine though. Never blown one, sound great and they're easy to re-sell.

nah they dont do neo subs but their new type r components are neo

Sub amp- Audiopipe AP18001d

Subs- Two American Bass TNT 10"s

Box- 2.6 cubes @ 34hz, 36in of port

Big 3 & run of Raptor 1/0 to rear powercell

Alpine has had neo mids and tweets since the 90's

glad to see you made it to the forum.. i had a feeling you would chime in on this. there are some real knee slappers that happen in this sub forum.. so be prepared.

umm yea do your home work before you call me out! why dont you go look up alpine DDDrive DDC f17 this was their flag ship competion components in the late 90's i bought mine in 98 for around $1,000 a set, 7 sets actually, there is still a set in my wifes 07 cobalt that i kept and yes they are most certainly neo magnets

I may not be up on some new equipment but i used to be hardcore, back when Simon Haddad's 66 dodge charger made a name for streetwires along with his partner Ralph Guelen
