i much rather buy on sonic or audio savings than having to buy stuff at a local audio shop with high markups and then get the runaround when something doesnt work.

Yes, sonic and audiosavingings are authorized for certain brands. I can also agree with what you said, The only audio shop out by me nut hugs power acoustik, which I don't feel like dealing with, order this amp, i don't care how much you get paid to rep them, I want this amp! Along with that, Buying at a local shop can be more expensive, and even as he said, if they are like most are, un professional so when it goes south don't expect much of an outcome.

I agree 100%, Local shops here mark stuff up, and charge tax on top of that. Just because they are local doesnt mean they are honest. I try to buy everything online so I can compare prices. If a manufacturer wont sell stuff online, they are usually trying to let the dealer price fix, so I avoid them because I dont support d-bag policies.

I'm sure Sundown will have my back! They recommend woofersetc.com as an authorized dealer.

But this is another subject, let's not get into that please

Why would tht ever be the case? Sundown equipment ships right from the sundown warehouse right to woofersetc. There's no "bootleg" equipment involved as it comes right from the source, hence why they are an authorized dealer.

Even if Wooferstetc wont honor Sundowns warranty, Sundown will DEFINITELY honor it.
