Take as many sets as you need to hit the target number. Try to improve each time this pops up again. I did 105, 115, 125, 135, 150, 160, 165. Added a couple sets of crunches and back extensions at the end. "Brian" Three rounds for time of: 15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents 185 pound Back squat, 25 reps My gym doesn't have a climbing rope, so i'll probably practice pullups.
