Five rounds for time of:

135 pound Power clean, 10 reps

15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

Probably substitute the wall shots with 25lb standing db shoulder press. Wall ball will probably not be accepted at my current gym.

Oh wall ball like the game. I thought it was like wall sits and have someone through a medicine ball at your junk lol.

Well I guess punching a woman is a good way to test your strength! You never know how strong you are until you cold-cock a woman in the head and break that bitches jaw.

Next time she tries to punch you in the stomach, whip your wiener out and chase her around. Show her who's boss.

You stand 2-3 feet from the wall and aim for a point on it about 10ft high. Squat down and throw it up as you stand up.

Dang that sounds tough.

MONDAY 120521

For time:

Row 500 meters

Body weight Bench press, 30 reps

Row 1000 meters

Body weight Bench press, 20 reps

Row 2000 meters

Body weight Bench press, 10 reps

I'm going to substitute pushups for the body weight bench press, but add 10 more reps to each set, because: 1 I'm 280lbs and 2 the benches are nowhere near the rower in my gym.
