Going with a 1500 rms amp or even going to a 4 cubes net box will both give you a significant change in loudness so try the cheaper route first which is box then amp.

Right on. That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure. Any ideas what I should do for the box? Was thinking 4ft^3 total but for tuning I'm not too sure. I want good sq but would also like to put up some good numbers.. know for sure I'm doing slot ported and its going in the trunk of my 01 Park Ave if that matters

Go for around 1.75 to 2 cubes each and tune at 33-35 hz depending on what music you like.

If you like lots of variety of music tune to 35 hz, if its chopped low hz music tune way lower.

visit the sundown forum on this site and ask around.

Yeah i always thought they were in the 42 plus range as well. But also dont they have like ridiculously low inches of port per?

Anyone know what those groundshaker boxes are tuned to? They sell a lot here in L.A but i wouldnt touch them they seem all wrong lol.
