(WSAZ) -- An argument between neighbors landed one woman in hot water. That was after one neighbor claims the other sprayed hot water on her and her 2-year-old child. We talked to both sides in what turned into a real-life water fight that ended with an arrest. I'm glad I live across the border...kinda.
