Hey Steve, How much and where can I get enough resin and fleece to do a box about that same size?

Home Depot. :^

you can get resin there and some  horrible glass chop mat but i wouldnt buy it, go to www.tapplastics.com

or go to a fiberglass speciality store in your city and get the right stuff to do it, it will cost you less in the end and be 10x stronger.

Trust me,  on this I learned the hardway

ya i go to TAP plastics for all my fiberglass needs......for structural stuff like making a box stronger from the inside out, i use the heavy stuff like 29oz mat

For stuff with lots of curves and stuff i use the smaller 3/4oz (see my honda build where i did my door panels)

  • 2 weeks later...

do u think 10 yrds and 4 gallons would be enough to do a 18ft3 enclosure?

depends on the mat you use really.  I would brace it and then glass it on the inside.  Whatever you get will be a benefit so just do what you can.
