subsonic, a few hz under tuning. not 10. thats too much.

lpf is all preference. 60-100. play with it to see where you like it. i wouldn't recommend anything lower/higher than that. music should cross over nicely between your speakers and the sub.

why set the subsonic only a few hz under tuning?

so if my box is tuned in 37 my subsonic would be 34, maybe 35?

i should've specified. more like 5hz or so. but then again it depends on the woofer/box setup

Where u think I should have phase at I really don't understand what it does I understand the rest and where should i put the bass eq also

keep it at 0. bass eq off/0

my subsonic is currently set to 31hz....and plays VERY nice....

Ok so I'm gonna run this sub at two ohms @1200 watt gain at 1/4-1/2, phase at 0 bass eq at 0 subsonic at 32hz lpf 60-100 depending bass level on head unit @ -3 and sub level at 3-7 everyone think I'll be ok

at this point I suggest you should want to take this to a shop and get hands on help ... no offence you really have no idea what you are doing. with the help of a trusted pro you could learn a lot with hand on tutoring
