Jskiles
My new amp came in today. Crescendo bc2000. Hopefully in the future I will be going with 4 500-600 watt 12s to try something different than I have. When I get the 12s I'm not sure if I wanna go with a wall like you see in the design I made or with sub up port back. I have time to think it over though. 2010 Kia Forte Koup (Slow Build) 2 Sundown SCV-3000D 2 DC XL M1 with PSI reconesFocal R-165s2 on Orion 4800-HPKenwood KDC-X798Knukonceptz OFC 1/0Audiotechnix,Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS power D3400 up front 3 D3100s power in trunkStock 110 amp alt 2013 Scion TC 2 Dc lvl 3s with xl coils on Soundqubed 2200 Sundown components AA 50.2 for components Pioneer FH-X700BT Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS Power D3100 up front D925 in back Mechman 240 alt http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/189911-2013-scion-tc-build/ <Scion TC Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174094-jskiles-forte-koup/ <Slow Kia Forte Buildhttp://www.stevemead...ockUserAgent__1 < Old build 2005 Equinox
Jskiles
Ive switched the idea of 4 12s to 2 15s in a c-pillar wall. I bought 1 hdc315 locally and bought another hdc315 from jacobB89 on here (great seller) all i need to do now is recone them and start on the wall. heres the pic of the sub I bought locally in a shit box tuned to 33hz heres the pic of the motor and basket of the other sub and heres a pic of the recones baskets and motor Ive been coming up with designs for about a month and I think this one will be it. It will be roughly 9 cubes tuned to 34-36hz just not sure yet. 2010 Kia Forte Koup (Slow Build) 2 Sundown SCV-3000D 2 DC XL M1 with PSI reconesFocal R-165s2 on Orion 4800-HPKenwood KDC-X798Knukonceptz OFC 1/0Audiotechnix,Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS power D3400 up front 3 D3100s power in trunkStock 110 amp alt 2013 Scion TC 2 Dc lvl 3s with xl coils on Soundqubed 2200 Sundown components AA 50.2 for components Pioneer FH-X700BT Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS Power D3100 up front D925 in back Mechman 240 alt http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/189911-2013-scion-tc-build/ <Scion TC Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174094-jskiles-forte-koup/ <Slow Kia Forte Buildhttp://www.stevemead...ockUserAgent__1 < Old build 2005 Equinox
Polish
Looks like a pretty solid design, I'd say it would work better with a side panel though. Good progress so far though. Lbox88
You don't NEED to wall it for a pair of 15's you know lol, and you can still have a back seat. But then again, if you CAN wall it you might as well. UBL | Build Log

Lol thanks. Nice choice with the Cresendo amp! Thanks. Im running it at 2 ohms atm and it seems like a pretty solid amp You don't NEED to wall it for a pair of 15's you know lol, and you can still have a back seat. But then again, if you CAN wall it you might as well. Is that 2 15s? I thought you had 12s its been a while since I looked at your build (which I love and going look thru again lol). With the space the nox has and the size of the box for 2 15s I thought I might as well wall it plus it will look cool (hopefully). Its gonna be fun putting a new alternator in... 2010 Kia Forte Koup (Slow Build) 2 Sundown SCV-3000D 2 DC XL M1 with PSI reconesFocal R-165s2 on Orion 4800-HPKenwood KDC-X798Knukonceptz OFC 1/0Audiotechnix,Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS power D3400 up front 3 D3100s power in trunkStock 110 amp alt 2013 Scion TC 2 Dc lvl 3s with xl coils on Soundqubed 2200 Sundown components AA 50.2 for components Pioneer FH-X700BT Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS Power D3100 up front D925 in back Mechman 240 alt http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/189911-2013-scion-tc-build/ <Scion TC Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174094-jskiles-forte-koup/ <Slow Kia Forte Buildhttp://www.stevemead...ockUserAgent__1 < Old build 2005 Equinox
Lbox88
Good fucking luck with the alt, I took it into a shop and had them do it. Those are DC level 4 15's, about 3ish cubes each and 90-something square inches of port. UBL | Build Log

The only video I could find that was close was this video of 1AAuto changing the belt so ill have to see if I can fit my hands back there to reach the alt. The on the audioques site call for 9 cubes for 2 15s but if i could get away with 6-7 cubes for them then I might try that first. 2010 Kia Forte Koup (Slow Build) 2 Sundown SCV-3000D 2 DC XL M1 with PSI reconesFocal R-165s2 on Orion 4800-HPKenwood KDC-X798Knukonceptz OFC 1/0Audiotechnix,Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS power D3400 up front 3 D3100s power in trunkStock 110 amp alt 2013 Scion TC 2 Dc lvl 3s with xl coils on Soundqubed 2200 Sundown components AA 50.2 for components Pioneer FH-X700BT Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS Power D3100 up front D925 in back Mechman 240 alt http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/189911-2013-scion-tc-build/ <Scion TC Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174094-jskiles-forte-koup/ <Slow Kia Forte Buildhttp://www.stevemead...ockUserAgent__1 < Old build 2005 Equinox
Lbox88
Yeah I don't have the ability or tools here to be able to take the engine mounts off just to replace an alt. UBL | Build Log
