I'd use it over the controls on your deck. "clarion 746 whateverthefuck" i never seen one of those!! OMG made me laugh pretty hard xD good shit i got $20 that its the EQ746..... I bought one years ago, never installed it. Now i wont cus it would ruin the setup i have. I run 3 way active off the HU. Cant do that with that EQ. pstone11 Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 I use an epicenter but not for a "bass knob" like you guys are talking about. It is very valuable for adding a bit of bass in to songs that are lacking or songs in a different genre. I still use my gain knob that came with my 12k 99% of the time but the epicenter knob will let me hairtrick on country music with just a little tweak...add/restore a little bass is what the good units do.
