audiofanaticz
Thanks guys!!! Yea, long build, months longer than expected. Mostly due to my buddies work sechdule and getting 1-2 days per week to work on it after 10pm at night. So it really slowed this build down Yes conceptM, those are .22's for a older revolver I have, and some are bird shot iirc (with the blue clear tips), and the larger one in the case is a 7.62 for a AK-47, unfortunately there was no place to put any .45 rounds in the case Had to trim these side pieces since they meant to wrap around the trunk, but due to the fiberglass work done they no longer can wrap around. When we gutted the interior one side of the seat that doesnt fold down was being a pain and paul yanked really hard and broke the rivot, so I had to drill it out a tad and put a new larger rivet in it to fix it. And than I started reinstalling interor panels which this car has not seen since late March or early April. LOL I gave everything a quick dusting with my air compressor, but still want to go thru and do a bit more cleaning on the car. Looks so damn strange!!! A decent size storm is now moving in, so its break time for a couple hours it looks like hahahaaha

audiofanaticz
eh probably because I mostly update the thread in the early morning around 4-5am, so this build log gets pushed to page 2 or 3 rather quicly by the afternoon. Omega5002
Damn, still doing great work on this build! I like what you did with the side pieces, thought about doing that when I get around to doing my trunk build. 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick)

Thanks, waiting for the rain to stop to go back on it and get some more done, but i think a cold front came thru so i dunno yet. LOL Slow build for sure but either of us is in a hurry for the most part. tho it be a big load lifted off my shoulders. Also in the next month or 2 Ill propably start door panels, and maybe a trunk lid cover since the car didnt come with one. Also gotta fiberglass the front doors for 2 sundown neopro 8s, and a selenium st-200 in each front door. More than likely doing 1 neopro 8 and st-200 in each rear door, and a pair of st-200s in the dash.
scooter99
Only cause it would drive me nuts, and I'm thinking about this build as if it were mine, are you planning to do any type of finishing between the seat and the enclosure on the floor? Everything looks so damn clean and crisp and detailed and then I caught that with my eye and it was just out of place. Maybe it's just not cleaned all the way yet, I don't know, I just was curious if you had any plans for that area. It loos so damn good man, I can't really say anything more than what anyone else has said on here already. Stellar work friend!
