I'm thinking about lowering my 99 Stratus and want to see what it would look like dropped about 2 inches. The picture is old and right now I have the same rims just painted black. So if someone could show what it would look like lowered and also any opinions on if you think it would look nice or not.

Here are a couple pics :

IDk me personally I would say no. But its not my car man. I say buy a kit. lower the car...if you dont like it sell the kit and the worst case is you lose a few bucks on an alignment and kit.

I did similar on my truck. They make different kinds of lifts and I went with one that spaces the strut down and some other gay crap (basicly the cheap vs expensive lift) Hated the ride...took it off and sold it for what I paid. I still lost 75 bucks on an alignment though.

It depends on how many miles are on the car and how long you plan on owning/driving it. I only modify low-mileage cars so I can enjoy the money I spent for a while, you will never get it back.

I'm gonna hate

it has 94,000 miles on it and I plan on lowering it then saving and getting like a GMC Yukon or Chevy Tahoe and using my Stratus as an extra car.

Unless the pics are playing tricks on my eyes you'll have to roll your fenders if you lower it due to the offset of your wheels. With that car and wheel combo I wouldn't do it. Even if you roll your fenders you'll probably rub when you hit a bump.

He was taunting me. He's all like "come at me bro!" So I'm like "I'm coming at you bro!" And he's like "hey, fuck you" *chomp*. Then I killed it. I win.

^^^ you have truly taken being a lazy fuck to a new level tonight, an MRE. WOW
