DC Level XL 15" Running on Kicker ZX2500.1 Box Help

Hey guys, I got around to measuring what space I have left after the mid/highs amp rack, this next part will be the sub box and the sub amp which is a 2010 Kicker 2500.1 Amps. I am either getting 2 DC Level 4 (.16 displacement each) or Level 4 XL (.18 displacement each), I will be getting two 12 inch ones, with some custom parts on them, would like to do a ported box, each sub requires 1.5 cubic ft, so a 3 cubic ft box is the size I want to go with, I want to be able to keep as much trunk space as possible but also be a show piece to open and show, I was planning to build the box out of 3/4 mdf, and I have no problem doing a custom fiberglass front end on it to really make it nice if you want to factor that into the design, I can help with some cash if someone really helps me out, dont have a lot at the moment though , im looking to somehow show off the 2500.1 amp and the subs, with allowing for some insane sound, I was thinking 33hz for the tuning frequency, but i am open to change if someone knows something better for these subs, here are some pictures with measurements, thanks a bunch guys

***NOTE*** The box can be 16.5 inches tall, I will just have to modify that piece of plastic at the top to fit the box in that sticks over, or it can be lower also, at 14 inches tall, depends on how the design is

Measurement from the back of the seat to the front of the fan was 21.5 inches

Made 2 Boxes, let me know if they are correct, If I did the port I would probably build it in the middle at the bottom, using one of the sidewalls as a port wall also, then 3 pieces to make the port, not sure if this calc added that in

Your port area is way low, that box would won't work like that.

does that box have a tilted back end?

issue is I was using torres calc, and if I want a port area of 50-100 sq inches, then the port has to be way to long then what I could fit in the box, idk what to do about that

Here is a suggestion which I think could work better, max dims within your last Torres screenshot:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 33 Hz

Vb = 3.25 ft^3

External Height = 16 in

External Width = 40 in

External Depth = 17 in

Port Width = 3 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 40 x 17

Left & Right Sides = 15 1/2 x 13 3/4

2x Front = 18 1/4 x 13 3/4

Back = 40 x 13 3/4

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 13 3/4 x 13 3/4

2 x Extension = 11 1/8 x 13 3/4

Ok so I was wondering if anyone would chime in on this box I worked up, its for 2 dc Level 4 12" subs, the site recommeneds 1.5 cubes each, let me know how it would sound and if there is anything you would change, I wanted to get the box smaller, but then the subs wont really fit, lol, for this box the port and subs are mounted on the top, its a double baffle for the port, but the subs will be recessed in, so they will be essentially seeing 1 baffle, the port is on the square side of the box and goes down and then back. This is for the hatch pictures up above, I realized after making this that I have .5 more inches of height I can work with since im taking out that cover with the plexi, also would placing wood where I made the pink triangle help with sound quality at all for the box, or will the subs not really care? these two subs will be on a kicker 2500.1, mine rated at 2845 @14.4v, the subs each take 1400 rms, and I will have 2
