Nice and stealthy.

I like that.

Nice work bro and I'd say yes it's lookin SOTM worthy.

Nice touch with the "custom sub grill" but I'm curious as I'm sure we all are (cough *videos* cough) of how much the material gets flapped around and if theres any "port noise" associated with those hole saw holes.

I would make one suggestion: Not that it really matters at all unless ur an anal bastage....

Next time when ur cutting holes w/ the hole saw-especially if it has a guide bit in the center that will punch thru b4 the outer hole is cut, I would drill it in half way or just until the guide bit is thru so you can flip it over and realign it via that guide bit and cut from the other side too until the "cuts" meet.

Especially when using grained wood-this will keep from the "blow out" or "bullet hole" look on the backside where the grain was sheared/split off.

I know no-one other than folks checkin ur build log will see it but I'm just sayin-it makes a diff if ur using thinner wood too-as it degrades the wood around the cut.

Nice werk meng. lets see some vids of that puppy slappin.

believe me i learned that flipping it over. it was getting late & cold when me and my friend made that grill so we kinda rushed that. its not a big deal, a little palm sander dont hurt.

nothing flaps except where the grill is in that circular area. because that was the only spot i didnt spray adhesive because i was afraid i would overspray and clog the carpet form being breathable. i'll probally see rubbing in future but by that time i'll probably change it up :P

no "port" noise at all, zip. the only noise i have right now is from the dustcap, it needs to be replaced, i have the new cap sitting here but i have been a little lazy i think i will get on it this week to replace it.

looks clean but where did the carputer go?

been out for a while man. lcd fried due to fuse not blowing when needed it too, no warranty because i took lcd apart to mold to dash. oh well.

love all the equipment minus the 4 channel , good looking project though

im working on getting another zapco too match or i am going to save for that 5.1k audison and just run 1 amp.

btw i hate KNU equipment. I honestly regret ever buying KNU stuff. Their compression distros were a big pain in the ass, their rcas arent really shielded because the shield isnt grounded on both ends at all(its all looks), and their speakerwire was PIA too to use(its big, bulky, and a bitch to trim right)
