Do you really want to buy all the shit to run those amps and etc? 8 12's is really not needed but it would be sick...

do you have any idea what woofers hes running? It could be 8 150 watt rms woofers. This is a car audio forum. None of it is a need. Its a liek and a want.

Ok, then how many amps do I need for six 15"s?

Depends, before you even think about amps you need 2 singer alts and 4th order built.

How many alts and batteries will I need if I'm walling off on six 15''s?

Lmao no mention of what power your going to be running...

But to answer the question how it is. None. Subs don't need power. Amps do

Subs don't need power?

So people just do 50's on hopes and dreams?

It was obvious I was making fun of his post. Subs don't require current. Amps do...nvm I'm not explaining it...re read the whole post

THIS!!!!!

The OP's original question had NOTHING to do with his electrical system, but that is where everybody jumps to just because he mentions 8 drivers. . .

Current system:

1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s

Previous systems:

2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz.

1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.

lol@2 pages of this thread, and his question didn't even get answered, depends on what kind of subs you have bud, but i don't think you'll be able to fit 8 12's in the cargo area of a blazer, as they're very small, take the seats out and build a false floor you got it, but you're looking at 12+ cubes, plus port area.

2x sundown audio sa 12's

Crescendo BC2000

kinetik 1800, 1400.

Rockford punch 5,25 component set

MB QUART ONYX 4.80

Mechman 270a alt
