sprkn_ranger Posted July 25, 2012 Report Share Posted July 25, 2012 I rear ended a ford explorer at like 10 mph on the freeway (stop and go traffic) and a few weeks later I got served lawsuit papers. They tried suing me for $280,000 total! My insurance company went to court for me (Allstate) and they only ended up with a total of $8000 and about $3900 of that was to fix the car.
