Check every single connection, sounds like something is shorting to me. when i say check the connections i also mean make sure that they are safe the entire way from one end to the other. make sure the rca's havent split and are shorting out on the body for example.

also videos help us alot determine the problem. but I wouldnt use the amp until you figure out what is going on as you don't want a BBQ in your car!

Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at.

I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k.
