I'm getting ready to throw on some Blox coilovers along with a Spyder camber kit.

Nothing too fancy just want a little lower look for my DD.

my 95 accord had Bilstein sport struts with tanabe springs...not an excessive drop cuz I wouldn't want to go too low on new england roads.

  • 1 month later...

I made a post earlier, and soon after was directed to come here by KyLar96, So here it is....

Im currently deployed and as soon as I get back I want to start my build, so im trying to gather as much information needed. Im lookin for a loud and clean set up and mainly going towards the rockford route.

What I have planned so far.

Set of Rockford Fosgate T2652-s up front.

Set of Rockford PPS4-6 in the rear. (taken out of my hatchback)

-Powered by Rockford t600-4.

Initially was going to be a RF T2D412 but decided to switch to a Sundown Audio Z v.3 12.

-Powered by RF T1500bdcp

-Plan to design/build my own box and want the sub up port back towards the hatch.

Plan on sound deadening the trunk/hatch, and doors.

As far as electrical upgrades. Upgrading to a optima yellow top under the hood. Also doin the big three in knukonceptz 0g. As well as running it to the back. I plan on running a RFC10HB in the back. Then dropping down to 4g into the amps since they dont accept 0g. Would my stock electrical system be able to handle power or would I need another battery in the rear?

Other questions I have.

-Box tuning freq? I plan on 33hz. Good for the sub? I know it recommends 35hz.

-Yellow top under the hood (good/bad)

-Would i fuse from the cap to the amps?

-16g wire fine for the speakers?

-12g/10g/8g for the sub to the amp?

I know I have alot of questions and hopefully you guys could help answer/give me some advice. I just want to make sure i do it right the first time. Appreciate your guy's time.
