satish1015 Posted August 18, 2012 Report Share Posted August 18, 2012 hey guys.. i'm looking into getting two hifonics brz1700.1's for my 2 dc lvl 4's.. i have 1 bxi1610d on 1 of the dc's right now and the amp is pretty good.. can't complain about it for the price.. so i was just wondering if anyone knows about the brz's? is the quality as good as the bxi? or is it shit? any other amps i should be looking at around that price? But amp never gets warm unless it sits in a hot vehicle our you clipping it. fecupe2001 Posted August 18, 2012 Report Share Posted August 18, 2012 BRZ and BXI are basically the same thing, i´ve clamped the brz1200 and brz2400 and they can do rated power if your voltage holds around 14v , very nice amps for the price, i´ve owned a few bxi amps and they can take tons of abuse! 8ight Posted August 18, 2012 Report Share Posted August 18, 2012 I found the BXi amps to be a little bit tougher (they handle low voltage etc very well) but the BRZ amps do rated on a budget, not sure about how clean the power is though.
