They're already on your truck. It just takes the shackle for the leaf spring and puts it in front of the leaf instead of behind it. Oh you know what, you may not have leafs up front. You're a 99.5, you probably have coils huh!?

Nope, they had leaf springs until '05

AH ok then. So there you go. It's not adding anthing really. Just switching the shackle from back to front of the front springs. Then to raise the rear, if you want, you put in a 5" lift block. I say that, it's what I'm doing. 3.5" front with V code springs, and 5" block in back with B code springs. Little lift, greater ride!
