n8ball2013 Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 doubling power is more than likely not going to gain 4dbs alone. ray is good but thats a huge jump. keep in mind that ray has forgot more about enclosure design than most of us know. if you think you'lre going to throw 4 8s and 1000 watts in and be doing mid 40s it more than likely wont happen on your first design. Its definitely possible but it will take some work.
