MrChinoSun Posted September 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2012 i would do the big 3 then get the alt after you have a alt in you wont need to worry about the batts as much also when u get the aly get it externaly regulated so u can change youre voltage whats good websites to buy an alternator and within budget 200-300 for my car i have a 2004 infiniti M45? i tried Mechman but they dont have my car on there O_o..... Mechman, DC power, singer are the top 3 I've heard of. I'm sure of those 3, they more than likely won't have your car listed, but just email them. If you don't want to go all out on a sound system (like 20k watts), obviously you don't need a super alternator that does like 350+ amps (as those setups run multiple alts that do high amperage). Think even a 200 amp alt would do, but getting one that does too much wouldn't be bad as you only pull enough amps for what you need.
