ALPINE408
I got a set I will sell for 30 bucks from toolmaker Frist set I got I don't like them the pole piece that gos to the amp is a liittle smaller that 1/0 hole and there is only about 30% contact area vs almost 100% contact area if you use just normal 1 run of 1/0 stripped wire I don't see them as a benifit But again I got some to sell for cheap Have you ever had your woofers blown? ALPINE408
I have never seen a copper one but that would be best second in line would be alum. But aagain the pole piece has to be right I don't see the point of having 2 runs of 1/0 if only 30% of that piece is making contact with the amps inputs Oh and I mean gold would be best followed by copper then alum. Have you ever had your woofers blown?
sactownstang
ya they come in copper, They usually fit better then bare wire for me

So they only make aluminium ones? and please explain "But aagain the pole piece has to be right I don't see the point of having 2 runs of 1/0 if only 30% of that piece is making contact with the amps inputs" edit: nevermind, i got it. the "pole piece" that attaches to amp is the size of 1/0, it just looks smaller in picture Buyer/Seller Feedback Thread: http://www.stevemead...5015-bump4life/ MB C220 153 Trunk Car Build Log: http://www.stevemead...d/#entry1840136 MB C280 Ipad Dash SQ Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/194484-bump4lifes-new-benz-tony-c-relay-kit-pictures-ce-electric-audison-front-stage-installed/ My SPL Log: http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 BMW M340 xDrive Stock, for now. ALPINE408
Sactown says there are copper ones I have just never seen them K so take your dual input without wire attached put in your amp and tighten it down now look at pole the screw is locking down on only part of the bottom half is making contact to your amps imput hole unless I got an oversized 1/0 input on my amp there is only about 30% contact between the 2 Have you ever had your woofers blown?
