i must add... running amp A at .5 and running amp B at .5 can make a differance..

like say.. taking a pyle amp and running it at .5 will probly instantly blow it, but take lets say.. and Americanbass amp and run it at .5, and it would be "fine"

Its not that they are all against .5ohm.. They are against giving advice to someone to run .5.... The general mentallity is that is you are so inexperienced or new to audio that you have to ask...YOU probably shouldnt be running at .5..

Some members are below .5...but I have yet to see a thread asking if their electrical is adequate. If you ask about your electrical its probably not enough......

You guys don't need to get all upset. I appreciate both sides either to run .5 or not. My electrical is handling it just fine. I just didn't know how much of a jump .5 is that's all. So if I blow my amp that's my bad. I'm not thousands of dollars in like some of you. If it blows ill just buy another amp and play it safe till the electrical is better. Problem solved.

Wiring at 1 ohm is for poosies. Wire at .25 or .125 for 4x or even 8x the powa draw. SO MUCH POWA!
