MECHMAN
YES- an XS power D3400 would be a huge improvement. Also, upgrade the alternator cables if you havn't already. We have a nice kit for $29. No need really to upgrade the alternator at your wattage. 1-888-MECHMAN www.Mechman.com [email protected]
Omega5002
Thank you Mechman(and everyone else) for answering my question, and the alternator cables are 4 gauge, so being the fact my alt is 100 amps at most, big 3 wouldn't do much, but thank you for the offer. The new alternator is for future plans, where I end up quadrupling my power, but that's gonna be a while. 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick)

BobbyG2
Big 3 will make a difference. In your case maybe not a whole lot, but when you upgrade your alternator later which you are planning to do, it will already be there for you. Upgraded grounds will be the biggest difference for you if you don't already have a negative from from your amp directly to the battery! I have an XS D3400, great battery for the money, I'd recommend it to anyone! *New vehicle and system coming soon.*
Kranny
stupid question, but are your grounds good?
Omega5002
Grounds are the frame of the car, added a copper bar in between the frame, and ground wire. Noticed little less voltage drops at time and slightly greater output, so ground's fine. Actually thought about using the battery's ground as a ground. Yeah, it's probably my battery, I'll just go looking into getting an XS D3400, and see if that helps. My group 47 lead acid probably wasn't built for audio anyways, think it's too small. 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick)
