Kranny
you want the ground to have the least amount of resistance possible. adding shit in between the amp and the frame of the car (like a fuse holder) adds resistance.
Banshee421
Ohm load at amp is -1.
Kranny
Ohm load at amp is -1.01 lol you have the dmm leads wired inversely. either that, or the subs are wired out of phase (+ from sub to - on amp and - from sub to + on amp)
CleanSierra
How did this thread reach 4 pages? It seems like a pretty easy question with a pretty easy answer. By now, the OP should know that he needs better wire and bigger fusing to get the most out of his amp. You also need to figure your wiring on your subs. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Banshee421
Took all wire off and wired it exaclly like the figure now my final ohm load is 1.
Kranny
1.4 right on. thats just about 1 ohm when you account for internal dmm resistance (if its there). you can test that by just touching the two dmm leads together, and finding the number. subtract it from any and all resistance measurements you make. example: 1.4 from subs, .4 ohm resistance when you touch the dmm leads to each other, which means that the sub ohm load is actually 1.0.
