can i use a nice capacitor as a volt meter?

i understand the hate for capacitors

i understand theyre worthless to almost everyone

but they have built in volt meters?

if this would be an effective way of monitoring my voltage levels

which capacitor would you choose? i don't want junk but i don't want fosgate either

Buy a volt meter. Cheaper and that's its purpose.

how are you gonna monitor your voltage through your cap, is it gonna be mounted in your center console?
