They are completely different subwoofers, so while at a quick glance some things may look the same, many are very different as well - both are designed to meet different goals! Yea and several companies all use the same generic 12spoke baskets ...but doesnt mean other parts are the same. Different softparts, coil, and magnet etc....Looks can be deceiving..
