how about an inverted cone or stitched surround?

No stitched surround, I understand they make that joint stronger but we dont have any issues with that joint failing so its not needed

but it looks bad ass as hell...i know I'd pay extra for it :)

So Im thinking of starting a new project, Is there anything out there my DC peeps would like to see next?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

From the following pages so far I have seen for suggestions

1. Multiple spiders with a spacer

2. New Frame with DC Branding on the spokes

3. XL Sytle cooling on the motor

4. New Motor Boot with DC logo

eh, id say you take all 4 of those and make a whole new driver, or update a current line such as the lvl6 or lvl5 :D

I really like the idea of over-sized push terminals, all these companies are coming out with over-sized wire, or atleast they label it as over-sized and no one make the over-sized terminals, kinda aggravating trying to shove two 8 gauge wires into a single 8 gauge terminal!

not saying 8 inch dont perform. and i wont doubt you will make a beast of a 8 inch.. just saying there will be more market on bigger subs. you can even make the same platform you are creating for the 8 into a new line of 12 15 and 18

hmmmm, Ya well if people like the way this 8 turns out maybe we will start toolings to make diffrent sizes of it

DC needs something to put the SA-8v2 and dd 2508 to shame lol

or at least compete with 'em.
