Can't see why a business would limit something to one per customer, especially top end high-margin stuff. Take my damned money!

Probably something like, "equal opportunity for everyone" or something dumb.

I think their reasoning is to maintain stock longer and satisfy more customers overall, but if they are all sold I don't think it should matter to who.

i can understand that but 2 is not an unreasonable number when it comes to video cards. Most people willing to shell out the $$ for anything with the word GTX in front of it, are pretty serious about gaming and a lot of them (like me) want 2 minimum always

That's where I stop understanding their reasoning, two isn't a bulk order or anything, honestly I would have chatted with CS at Newegg and I bet they would have let you order two. I love Newegg's service, never been disappointed. As far as a case you will like I must recommend Corsair, nothing they make will disappoint you I will bet you money their cases are top-notch. Silverstone also makes some of the highest quality cases I have ever seen, they will not disappoint either. I think most other cases are pretty cheap looking/feeling haven't bought anything but Corsair/SS in a long time.

as far as CS at newegg...i did call them. He basically said "thats the way it is for some reason".....and i politely told him i wasn't upset at HIM because he just works there......but to tell his boss i was about to give someone else 2 stacks for "that reason".

That is crazy that newegg would only sell one at a time! When amazon is selling more than one GTX 690s at a time. Any ideas on the case you going be putting the beast of a machine in?

not sure. Fry's has some nice ones in stock but there is better ones online. The problem with online is, i can't see it in person and decide if i like it. When it comes to PC's, to me they are like clothing. I need to see it and try it on before i buy it. They all look good online (the ones i like) but in person will it be good......anyway, i will prob go to fry's and get a nice thermaltake or coolermaster.

I would have to agree with you on buying a case. The only problem for me would be not having a Fry's to checkout a case. Fry's needs to make its way to Louisiana. Good luck with the build.

I got a HAF 932, love this thing. Takes a beating, I move it twice every weekend to go to my friends houses. I painted it Black/White with the front grills painted red.

Hehehehe, here's to hoping you made some paper-pusher angry when he finds out you didn't just buy one from them and forget it. Glad you have given Corsair a try for cases, you really haven't done a custom PC right until you build up a Corsair. They are such good cases, very well thought out, Corsair to me is the Rockford of PC customs always delivering the best if you pay a touch more.

Since everyone else is telling you what you should build, I figured I would as well.

You should get a case that is off white, not bright white, not flat white, not antique white, but one that is egg shell white. It's what I would do when spending Chicken's money

I've got a 3x120mm Double-thick Rad mounted in the top. Fits perfectly!
