You can only do up to Quad-SLI, and 1 690 is made up of 2 680Ms in SLI. So, when you do 2 690s in SLI, you're actually doing 4 680Ms in Quad-SLI. Otherwise, badass build! You don't realize how many packages you have to open to get all these parts. It looks simple enough but there is a lot more going on then it seems. Especially after i get all the hoses and wires ziptied all nice and neat. I got some blue fluid for the watercooling and some blue LED's for it. I am planning on making him a Chicken Hill logo of some sort for the side window and making it glow. I heard that 680's are better then 690's. here is a link - http://www.videocard...h_end_gpus.html Just my 2 cent there is no way a 680 is better then a 690. A 690 consists of 2 680's......i don't know who's results those are but they won't be mine. I personally own 2 GTX 580's and its showing the 690 BARELY better then that one. I think not LOL. I know I'm a week late, but I'll chime in on this, as well. That chart is not performance only. It factors performance VS cost, meaning the 680 is the best balance of price and performance.
