Honestly I don't see how people can hate on you Mr. Meade. You've basicaly been my inspiration ever since i worked two summers ago and bought my first 12" sub at an audio shop (back in my noob days but we all gotta start somewhere) and then when I discovered your website and watched your videos on youtube I was so blown away. I had never even heard of rockford fosgate and didn't know it was possible to have music that loud. Now I've been through several diffrent setups and am now on my first REAL setup with 4 skar vvx 12's but I never would've had the motivation to get off the couch, get a job, go to college, and still try and do my build all at the same time if it wasn't for discovering this site and seeing your tahoe and lexus transform. The fact that you could influence me and hundreds of other people is enough in my book to distinguish you as an awesome person. This makes it almost frightening that someone could even think of anything to hate on about you. Two clean ass rides and a nice shop with soooooo many sick youtube vids. Keep up the good work man!

here is another good example. This guy played innocent like he didn't say something to deserve getting blocked and tried to make me look like the bad guy. Good for me, i save the messages from people i block in a nice safe spot so i can see exactly what they did to deserve it. I don't ban or block people for no reason, like most claim. In fact, i was even helping him on the Lexus forum when he tried to do a 16v setup on a basic music system with one 12" woofer. Not an SPL car, an ISF with a 12 in the trunk. I tried to talk him out of doing a 16v setup because it makes no sense FOR THAT system. He went off on me and pulled the "you blocked me for no reason" card. I looked at what he said and sure enough......

i know a guy that actually had 4 sa 8's. and i can say that i was disappointed. not to dis sundown, they make some good shit but they were not as loud as i was expecting...

well there ARE people that are capable of getting those things real loud......but NOT THAT GUY. LOL - but that is a badass sub i'm not gonna dismiss it at all. The SMD is no joke either. 4 8's in a Tahoe would NOT smoke 2 SMD 15's in a Tahoe both on good power. BUT that don't mean they wont get loud! Well, not that guy anyway. LOL

oh it was in an explorer. and it was loud, just not what i was expecting lol. though i have not heard the smd 15's, i have heard 1 smd 18, and i got nasty....very nasty lol

I hope I can make it over to the shop with Rob and Rusty Friday or Saturday if the weather permits. Not too often I am on this side of the country and this close to Sac. Gotta meet you and get a demo of the hoe. That truck is what got me seriously into car audio and doing my own work.

Just leaving it as is for now. Going to get an RTA at some point but just dont have time to really get into it this year. I will be going home with a fresh recone for my Level 6 to get it all back up and running. I do still need 2 of those volt meters to finish off my console though!

Really it's people just being jealous of how well your doing. You have made a name for yourself, that's something not everyone can do. Hell I'll admit I'm jealous, but I have nothing but respect for you. I've seen the comments and such on YT. Yeah sure some people aren't going to like your rides, or disagree with how you do things. But so what, you do what you do cause that's how you want it. You build these systems, computers and whatever else to your liking. Keep up the good work.

To all the don't knows... Steve is a very cool guy I have never met him but when I was a new YT subscriber to him I asked if he would sign a picture and send it to me. He replied by fedexing me a RF magazine and signing the centerfold that featured him. First off its not free to send that and he didn't have to do that for someone he didn't know but I thanked him those years ago and still appreciate it . Stay up Steve best regards joe
