The rating is not a requirement ; they are softer than most subs in their class as the suspension travel is so enormous they don't have to be terribly stiff. Should sound fine. Don't need an exact date but maybe an estimated month so I can figure out what amount of cash I should put away weekly so its not such an issue to buy them when the time comes!
