The sex life of electrons

Recommended Posts

Im not sure if any of you have heard this or not but my teacher gave us this little story. I thought it was pretty funny

One night when his charge was pretty high, Mike Rofarad decided to get a cute little coil to let him discharge. He picked up Milli Amp and took her for a ride on his megacycle. She like his magnetic personality so she forgot all about her matched pair Pic ‘o Henry. They rode the Wheatstone Bridge and stopped in a magnetic field by flowing current that produced sine waves. Mike, attracted by Milli’s characteristic curves, soon had his capacitance at a maximum and his potential fully excited. He laid her at a ground on a bed of CMOS, raised her sensitvity, lowered her resistance, and pulled out his high voltage probe. He inserted it into her socket, connecting then in parallel, and began to short her shunt. The current flow got her hot and milli cried, “Mho! Mho! Give me Mho until it hertz!” His reactance amplified her inductance and her tube operated at maximum oscillation until his battery was completely discharged and drained of its load.

They fluxed all night, with great frequency, trying various connections and sockets until his bar magnet lost all its field strength. Coils just wanna have fun so afterwards Milli tried self-induction with a multivibrator but was unable to generate any excitement in her Traveling Wave Tube (TWT). Mike said, “That’s what you get for going solenoid.” In an attempt to rectify the current situation, they reversed polarities and blew each other’s fuses. Later he took her ohm.

While this Admitance is told with Reluctance, please remember that it is the Condenser version

My first mod teacher is pretty much a dirty old man when it comes to talking about electronics. I havent heard anything that he couldn't make something dirty about it.
