my only question is. is the amp a new model that is mono block or is it the 2 channel one that is on the DC website?

What amp are you talking about? The 10k and 9k are both mono blocks.

edit: I think your confusing it with the 12.0k

nevermind. had it confused with the 12k

edit: for some reason when i click on the 10k it gives me the specs of the 12k
