scooter99
For that much why don't you just get adjustable coilovers? Just curious. Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
Altima1
were u get the coils made Coilsprings.com For that much why don't you just get adjustable coilovers? Just curious. The coils themselves were $290. Labor of getting them put on and taken off 3 times is a lot.....considering you need to get a alignment done each time. And adjustable coilevers cost a lot more and do not have such a high rating on them for the weight. 149.4 Db @ 30Hz Outlaw With One 15" Fi Team Sub, Trunk Build. !!!!!Hair Tricks!!!!!Check Out The Build Log http://www.stevemead...0-4-and-t400-4/Watch The Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/jcplaya3
Keith2
Awesome build!! Lots of work here. Doors and new kicks are tits!!! About the coil springs vs. coilovers, look into KW or BC Racing. BC Racing will let you choose spring rates and they have some very stiff springs. Also have 30 way adjustment for shock stiffness. If you wanted, you could slam it low and still not bottom out. 2001 BMW 525i 12'' MTX Thunder 9500 Alpine mrp-m1000 Focal mids/highs Alpine mrp-f300 Build thread to come in a couple weeks after I source some more stuff

shogen
Sooooo, WAY back i got some coils made and if your wondering what ever happened with that your about to find out. It was a horriable nightmare.....Long story short my numbers were off by about 400lbs and then that threw off the calculations some but what really F'd it up was that i had a additional 500lbs added on what i thought i had since i was going to build onto it in the future and that made everything off by over 1000lbs. The extra 500lbs wouldnt have raised it up too high but with another 500lbs missing it ruined it. FAIL!!!! These are the first coils i had made rated for 1600lbs Ok so after plenty of phone calls and a shit load of money and time at the shop. I got some new ones made for rated for 500lb AFTER!!! Now my car rides PERFECT and i dont have to worry about bottoming out anymore and it looks great also. Where did you get these coils at ? I think I missed that part.... pwease!
