Will you be running the newest model Type r's that handle 1000rms? I ran two swr1243d in a custom built vented box tuned at 32hz on a T1000-1bdcp awhile back and it was impressive. Looking forward to seeing the build! :) What I will point out is that Rockford T1000 will draw a lot of current, I had a 200A alt and a kinetik 2400 in the back and I would almost drop as low as I do now with an SAZ3500.1 on the same electrical set up. Have you looked into doing the Big 3 (possibly big 4) if you havent already?

1991 Nissan Pathfinder
Mechman 240A alt
All wire 100% OFC 1/0
Kenwood KDC-X497
Pair of Kenwood Tweets/Pair of Rockford P1 5x7s
9ft3 vented box ~32hz
2 AQ HDC3 copper coil 18s
SAZ-3500 @ 1ohm

Powerbass ASA 200.2
39 sq. ft. damp pro.
Kinetik 1200&2400(x2)

Im running the previous model ones that handle 600rms and 1800 peak. Im not dropping a single volt and i havent done the big three yet and all i have is the 150 amp alternator and a new duralast battery. strange. whats the big 4? ive heard of the big 3.

Yea those were the model I was running. And hmm I may have a ground not tightened enough somewhere.

The big 4 is everything a big 3 is except theres an extra ground running from the engine block to the alt (-).

groung the alt to the frame. if your 1000.1bdcp is doing 1568 at 1 and 2ohm then thats the best one they made.

they're rated to do 1000rms at 1 and 2 ohms but they are under rated and are known to get up to 1500 at 1ohm and about 1400 at 2ohm.

t1500bdcp

2 t2d4 15"

1 t600.4

1 t400.2

1 set p1 tweets

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
