I ran a Soundstream TX1.2000 for a while before I got my XXX and with the TX1 I dropped from 14.6 to 14.4 while driving and to 14.1 at idle. was prolly only getting 1200 watts or so out of it at .7 ohms but for $160 it was a nice amp. That seems crazy to me. I have either a 120A alt, d925 and d3100 and on 2k I drop to 12.9 at idle, 13.8 at 2k rpm when I'm charging 14.4 hot (at 50 degrees out) oh well, this was intended to be a reference for people, not to show off. hopefully it doesn't turn into, "Hey! I can run 10k on stock alt and two D3100s and only drop to 13.5!"
