honestly if you have to ask the question then that leads me or us to believe that you don't have the experience to push well past rated power to those subs and expect them to hold up fine, a vast majority of people that run 2500+ watts to a pair of sa 12's don't play too far below tuning or they don't play full tilt for 30min at a time, if you're dead set on a pair of sa-12's then get a pair of dual 4's on a brz1700.1 at 1 ohm and call it a day.

forget everything, sell your system....buy a couple smd 18s, on a dc 10k & call it a day.

Go big or go home jk. You should be fine with that amp if you have access to a dd-1 and cc-1. Look if there is someone close to you that can set your gains. Here is the maphttp://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/137758-smd-audio-tools-map/

Honestly from what I can see these subs dont care how much power you throw at them. if its below 1500 for a pair, even if its clipped, they seem that they will hold up fine, but you need a top notch electrical, they eat power, just like any sub you want to slam, any more and make sure they are getting clean power, mine barely warm up from driving them for 20+ minutes full tilt, my amp stays cold, if your clipping the shit out of them they will get hot
