Recommended Posts

little update from today. It took forever but I was able to figure out how to bypass the parking brake feature on my head unit.....also got the holes drilled into the cab for some of the power wire and got 4 of the fuse holders mounted in the tool box. I also got my audio technix deadener and did the drivers door. I should be getting my XS batteries tomorrow and the woofers will be here!!! Will post some pictures as soon as they show up :) Also got my shipping notification from dc power and my 300 amp alt for the stock location will be here monday!!!

down rpping vanderbilt. 30 miles from victoria. i own the 3rd loudest setup here out of 3. but i did put together all 3 setups

strapping 2 amps together ? like bolting them next together? using bungy cables to hold them down? or wiring separate amps to each sub

Box specs? What measurements did you go with? My wall in my silverado is 48"x22"x36.5" if I remember correctly lol. I think it ended up being 13.5 cubes with 350sqin of port tuned to 42hz.

I dont have the 1/0 only because I had 350 feet of this stuff already. But to be honest I will probably change all my wire out the sky high 1/0 eventually. dont hesitate to get it!

Are you leaving in the headliner? I made mine where I knew it would for sure fit. Plus I made mine shallow because I didn't want to be uncomfortable driving it.
